Refund policy

We care about you and are extremely quality conscious. However, in an odd case if you receive a damaged/defective product, here is our policy on returns:

  1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or is defective, you must email us a photo of the damage/defect in the product within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Eligible products (only if found damaged/defective) may be returned within 1 week after the date the delivery.

  3. As soon as your email request is received and approved by our team via email, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed-upon time or customer shall ship the product to us. Upon receiving the damaged/defective product, it shall undergo necessary quality checks. The actual cost of courier of the initial order shipment and return shipment will both be borne by the customer. 

  4. Only products in brand new and unwashed conditions, with original packing intact, are eligible for return considerations. Once your return request has been authorized by our team via email, the refund will be initiated after the product goes through the necessary quality checks.
