Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:
  1. At The Label Home, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. All orders to be delivered within India qualify for free shipping.
  2. All orders are dispatched within 4 working days and thereafter delivered by third party logistics partners. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. 'Express deliveries’ may be availed upon special request at an additional cost to the customer.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Kindly make sure that you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help in delivering your order faster. 
  5. During a period of sale, dispatches could take upto 5 working days to be dispatched due to high volumes and or over crowded logistic networks.
  6. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

International Shipping:

  1. Our international shipments are delivered through DHL. Shipping charges can be seen at the time of checkout after you provide your complete shipping address.
  2. Prices mentioned on our website include all duties/taxes payable in India. Any additional duties/taxes levied by your country are to be borne by you. Our shipping partner will collect these (if any) at the time of delivery. Please know that most shipping partners charge an additional service fee incase they have to pay customs duty on your behalf. This service fee will be presented to you along with the customs duty paid and is to be borne by you. If you'd like to avoid this service fee, simply call the shipping partner with your tracking number and inform them that you would like to do the customs presentation yourself once the parcel reaches your country. The shipping partner will intimate you once the parcel is ready for customs clearance.
  3. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
  4. Our standard delivery time is 12-20 working days. That said, this may extend in case of delays in borders/customs clearance which is beyond our control.
  5. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, our shipping partner will notify you that a delivery attempt was made. It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrange an alternate date/time and take delivery of your order. In the rare instance that an order remains uncollected and is returned back to us - we will deduct the two-way shipping costs and offer the balance in the form of store credit.
